To Create a Screencast in Ubuntu

How to create a screencast in ubuntu,I will give a simple guide for you.
1.Install the Istanbul if you havn’t installed it yet.You can install it using “sudo apt-get install istanbul “.
2.To Lanch Istanbul,press Applications-Sound&VIdio-Istanbul
3.Then you can find Istanbul on the right of the panel.
4.To start a screencast please left click the Istanbul,to lauch the menu of Istanbul,please right click Istanbul.
